Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you're using Zolk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

You are responsible for the requests you make and the actions you authorize Zolk to take in your connected apps. Review confirmations carefully before approving sensitive actions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive.
• Attempt to access another user's data, overload or disrupt the Service, or introduce malware.
• Connect apps or send content you don't have the right to access or share.
• Use Zolk to generate spam, harassment, or harmful automated outreach.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.

4. The Service and AI output

Zolk uses AI to generate responses, take actions, build automations, and create websites. AI can make mistakes. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything Zolk produces or does on your behalf before you rely on it.

We may update, suspend, or change features, models, rate limits, and availability at any time, and we have no obligation to store generated content indefinitely.

5. Generated websites and workspaces

Zolk can create and deploy websites to a <your-project>.zolk.site address. You retain ownership of content you direct Zolk to create, and you are responsible for ensuring that content and any resulting site comply with the law and these Terms. We may remove or disable generated sites that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans (Pro and Ultra) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection) through Dodo Payments. By starting a subscription you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us for a review. Fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal after notice.

7. Your content and licenses

“Content” means anything you submit, connect, or ask Zolk to process, including messages and connected-app data. You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to access, process, and store your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

8. Privacy

Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that Zolk will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or available at all times, and actions taken through connected apps may have real consequences we don't control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zolk and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to the Service — including actions Zolk takes in your connected apps or content it generates — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or a small fixed amount if you haven't paid).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zolk harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Service, your connected-app actions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe it's necessary to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive (including liability disclaimers) remain in effect after termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll reflect changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, may notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
